About the Role
Sephora - 340;350 Mission Street - Responsibilities: Manage complex, high-volume calendars in Microsoft Outlook and prioritize scheduling across senior stakeholders; Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including conference space and catering; Plan and execute domestic and international travel logistics; Prepare and process expense reports in alignment with T&E policies; Create presentations and organize data to support leadership priorities and decision-making
