Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL - Fully in office
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually

As the Bilingual Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted right hand to the CEO, ensuring seamless execution of both strategic and administrative priorities.
- Act as a primary liaison for the CEO, managing calendars, priorities, and confidential initiatives
- Coordinate and prepare board materials, executive presentations, and meeting logistics
- Plan and execute high‑level dinners, events, and executive engagements
- Interface professionally with senior executives, governmental entities, and political stakeholders
- Arrange and manage complex domestic and international travel with precision
- Anticipate executive needs, take ownership of initiatives, and support operational and organizational functions across the business
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- U.S. Citizen (required)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting C‑suite executives (strongly preferred)
- Exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
- Confident and appropriately assertive while maintaining diplomacy and professionalism
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent senior leadership at the highest level

Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting C-suite
