Position Highlights:
- General urology practice with immediate patient volume and OR access
- Support from 4 dedicated advanced practice providers (NPs/PAs)
- Flexibility to explore subspecialty interests, including pelvic floor reconstruction or pediatric urology
- Call rotation of 1:6 weekdays and weekends, with one day off every other week
- State-of-the-art facilities with advanced digital infrastructure and EMR systems optimized for urology workflows
- Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents
- Competitive compensation package with base salary, incentives, commencement bonus, relocation, quality incentives, and production-based pay
