Ability to perform hard floor and carpet project work is helpful. Must be available early evenings; approximately 15 hours per week. Must have a valid drivers license with a clean record reliable transportation./ppThis position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customers buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but are not limited to:/pulliFill in at various locations when extra help is needed and when personnel need time off/liliTrain new employees in cleaning methods at various accounts/liliProvide support to our management team/liliAssist with special projects and tasks/liliPerform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures/liliSweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting/liliMaintain inventory of supplies and equipment./liliUse proper PPE where required/liliOpens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required./li/ulpPhysical Demands and Qualifications:/pulliConstant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching/liliMust be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs./liliAbility to differentiate between cleaning products and uses/lili1-2 years experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required/liliWill provide on-the-job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn./liliThe ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must./liliContribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude/liliContribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time/liliTreat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect/li/ulpCompensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour/ppBuilt on a foundation of great brands and employees with a passion for service, our vision is to be the leading provider of essential services through empowered people, world-class customer service and convenient access.
