Location: Sherman, Texas
Growing estate planning, probate, and elder law practice seeks an experienced attorney to join our team. Available duties include:
- Counseling clients and designing estate plans
- Drafting estate planning and probate documents
- Analyzing decedents' estates
- Preparing estate tax returns
- Handling probate litigation
- Designing Medicaid qualification plans and assisting with applications
- Direct client contact
Requirements:
- License in good standing with the Texas Bar
- Some experience in estate planning, probate, or elder law
