Erp Manager
About the Role
A scaling, commercially driven business with a growing footprint across Illinois is looking for a NetSuite Manager to lead its enterprise systems function. This is not a maintenance role. It's a leadership position for someone who wants to shape how technology supports a business that is genuinely moving. NetSuite is the core platform, and this role owns it completely, but the real opportunity here is bigger than the system. You'll lead a small team, define the roadmap, influence senior stakeholders, and be the person who bridges the gap between what the business needs and what technology can deliver. If you've been doing the work of a systems leader without the title, the budget, or the seat at the table, this is the role that changes that. What you'll be doing Own the end-to-end NetSuite environment: configuration, integrations, governance, performance, and continuous improvement Lead and develop a team of administrators and analysts, setting clear standards for ownership and quality Define and execute a systems roadmap aligned with the business's operational and commercial priorities Partner with Finance, Operations, and executive leadership to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions Oversee integrations between NetSuite and surrounding platforms, ensuring clean, reliable data flows Lead major system projects: module implementations, process automation, upgrades, and rollouts Establish governance standards, change management processes, and access controls that hold up under audit Manage vendor and implementation partner relationships with clear accountability What they're looking for 7+ years of NetSuite experience in an end-user environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role Proven track record of owning a NetSuite environment end-to-end, not just supporting it Experience managing and developing people, not just processes Strong understanding of core business workflows: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, financial close Confident presenter and influencer at senior stakeholder level Hands‑on experience with integration platforms and connecting NetSuite to third-party systems Experience with SOX or audit‑driven environments is a strong advantage What's on offer Base salary: $120,000 – $150,000 depending on experience Annual performance bonus of up to 18% Medical, dental, and vision insurance, fully covered for employee and family 401(k) with 6% employer match 25 days PTO plus federal holidays, increasing with tenure Hybrid working with flexibility around core hours $2,500 annual learning and development budget Equity participation for the right candidate A growing technology function with real scope for career progression #J-18808-Ljbffr
