Senior Systems Analyst Location: Indianapolis, IN (4 days onsite / 1 day remote) Type: Full-time, direct hire We're seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join a lean IT team supporting multiple facilities across the U.S. This role will focus heavily on Oracle and SharePoint, with responsibility for maintaining and enhancing internal systems and collaboration tools. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Oracle systems, including user access and ticket management Own SharePoint environment (site creation, configuration, permissions, and administration) Maintain company intranet and document center within SharePoint Monitor and analyze system metrics to support performance and usability Collaborate with internal teams across multiple locations Qualifications 3-5 years of systems analyst or related experience Strong experience with an ERP and SharePoint (administration and configuration) Ability to work independently in a small, fast‑paced IT team Benefits The role offers participation in medical, dental, vision benefits and the company’s 401(k) retirement plan, along with discretionary bonuses.
