About the Role
Position Title
Environmental Services Floor Technician (Night Shift)
Job DescriptionPurpose & Scope:
The Environmental Services Floor Technician performs Environmental Services duties and floor care per department policies and procedures, and in accordance with Infection Control standards. In addition to these duties, the Environmental Services Floor Technician also routinely cleans specialty areas and performs advanced floor care duties. All may have access to or oversight of Protected Health Information (PHI).
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
One year of experience in a hospital or healthcare related setting is preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
None.
Responsibilities
- Perform environmental services and floor care per policy
- Clean specialty areas
- Perform advanced floor care duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year healthcare setting experience preferred
