About the Role
Community Health Systems - - Responsibilities: Performs floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waxing, and shampooing various flooring surfaces to maintain cleanliness and safety.; Collects, removes, and properly disposes of waste, including biohazardous, infectious, and noninfectious materials, following hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.; Cleans and sanitizes patient rooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas, ensuring compliance with infection control standards.; Responds to spills and contamination cleanups, ensuring proper disinfection and safety precautions.; Maintains accurate cleaning logs and reports completed tasks, ensuring proper documentation of environmental services activities.
