Job Description Enterprise Architect - Revenue Management is a senior technology leadership role responsible for the end-to-end architecture, engineering oversight, and governance of enterprise Revenue Management (RM) platforms within a large-scale hospitality environment. This role provides enterprise-wide design leadership across a highly integrated ecosystem, ensuring Revenue Management platforms are scalable, resilient, and aligned with long-term business and revenue optimization strategies. The architect serves as the single accountable technical owner for the RM domain, balancing modernization initiatives with the stability of mission-critical production systems. Qualifications Required Experience & Skills Technical & Architecture Expertise Extensive hands-on experience designing and governing enterprise-scale architectures in complex, distributed environments. Strong background in hospitality technology, particularly Revenue Management and its integration with core hotel systems such as PMS, CRS, pricing, and forecasting platforms. Proven ability to design and evolve platforms that support high transaction volumes, real-time decisioning, and revenue-critical operations. Experience with modern data platforms, APIs, cloud-based architectures, and event-driven integrations is strongly preferred. Leadership & Influence Demonstrated ability to operate credibly at Senior Manager / Director / Principal Architect level with cross-functional and executive stakeholders. Strong ability to \"shape and influence\" decisions, guiding senior leaders through architectural trade-offs and long-term implications. Track record of leading through ambiguity, transformation, and high-pressure production environments. Experience mentoring senior engineers and architects while setting enterprise-wide engineering standards. Additional Information This role is hybrid and requires you to be in the office 3 days a week in the Washington DC Area. Pay Range: $182,000 to $252,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
