About the Role

A company is looking for a Total Loss Specialist I. Key Responsibilities Monitor, review, and process Total Loss and Insurance Repair accounts in accordance with regulations and service levels Handle high volume calls related to Total Loss and Insurance Repair inquiries from internal and external customers Complete end-to-end Total Loss and Insurance Repair functions accurately and in compliance with policies and procedures Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma or equivalent One (1) year of experience in a servicing center environment Experience in the auto finance industry preferred Basic math skills for calculating cost-benefit analyses and insurance claims Knowledge of Total Loss and Insurance Repair processes preferred
