Join a busy collegial group of 6 ENTs based at a state-of-the-art \"Top 100\" hospital in North Dakota's largest metro.

• General ENT + Opportunity to Subspecialize: Incredible demand for Rhinology/Sinus &Sleep (including Inspire.) Endocrine surg, Peds, or Laryngology interests also welcome
• Robust clinical & administrative support - each ENT works with at least 1 dedicated APP (8 APPs total support the practice) & 2 dedicated nurses each
• Large call pool - 1:8 rotation
• Extremely competitive 700K starting base salary + add'l lucrative wRVU bonuses = unprecedented overall earning potential
• 150K signing bonus

• Also open to candidates seeking a flexible blocked schedule (2 wks/month or 182 shifts/yr - would be hospital/ER coverage with some minor outpatient surgery)
