RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting investigatory interviews and fact development
- Drafting and responding to discovery demands
- Preparing initial pleadings and administrative position statements
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Managing matters efficiently from inception through resolution
- Taking and defending depositions (preferred, but not required)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to employment and labor matters
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the New York State Bar
