Job Description & Requirements Emergency Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $ - $ Enjoy a partnership style practice without the headache! Incoming candidate can expect: 1099 base rate + hourly incentive + quarterly bonus pool Excellent bedside manner required Goal—work at least 12 required shifts/month (12 hour) 6, 24 hr shifts ER + urgent care in the same facility APRN’s triage urgent care patients Typically have 4-5 physicians per site 24 hour shift- can expect to see 40-50 patients/day (observations + critical care) Moderate to moderate high acuity Run very few codes Births are rare Heavy trauma is rare- tertiary hospital available Located just outside Houston, this suburb offers easy access to a major metro while maintaining a relaxed, suburban feel Highly rated Independent School District make it a top choice for families Abundant outdoor recreation, including parks, trails, and nearby lakes like Towne Lake Rapid growth brings new shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including Houston Premium Outlets Strong sense of community with master-planned neighborhoods, local events, and a high quality of life in one of the fastest-growing areas in Texas
