About the Role
Nesco Resource - - Responsibilities: Keep operations running at peak performance by analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing electro-mechanical systems to maintain process efficiency.; Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks to identify issues before they happen.; Collaborate with a skilled team of technicians and operators to install, maintain, and optimize equipment for maximum uptime and performance.; Partner with machine operators to understand equipment behavior, diagnose malfunctions, and verify repairs for continuous improvement.; Champion workplace safety by adhering to all operational and regulatory safety standards.
