Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant (finance & Accounting)

Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist We are looking for an experienced and independent Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist who will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform in the area of finance and accounting for a whole group (13 countries). This person will be a key partner for the finance department, supporting process automation, implementing new functionalities, and developing tools that support the team’s daily work. Key Responsibilities Managing and developing the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform for finance and accounting across the group Implementing new functionalities, applications, and integrations with other systems Automating financial and accounting processes Collaborating with the finance team to identify needs and translate them into system solutions Leading implementation and optimization projects Cooperating with external vendors and technology partners Creating documentation for processes and system configurations Monitoring system performance and responding to user requests Requirements Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Understanding of financial and accounting processes or close collaboration with finance teams Experience in leading implementation or optimization projects Ability to work independently and make decisions Knowledge of process automation tools Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills Strong communication skills and ability to work with non‑technical teams Advanced English proficiency (business level).
