About the Role
Dunkin' Donuts - 5435 East Thompson Road - Responsibilities: Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager; Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify team and shift lead staff; Execute along with RM, new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling where applicable; Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements; Completion of inventory on a periodic basis as determined by Franchisee and support RM in weekly labor scheduling
