About the Role
Dunkin' Donuts - 801 East Dixie Drive - Responsibilities: Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager; Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify team and shift lead staff; Execute brand standards, recipes and systems, and support new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling; Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant and review guest feedback results; Control costs to help maximize profitability and assist in inventory and labor scheduling
