About the Role
A company is looking for a Document Management Technician. Key Responsibilities Prepare, print, sort, scan, process, and maintain electronic and hard copy medical and company documents Gather and organize examinee charts for examinations and ensure all required records are included and properly ordered Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations while performing clerical and administrative tasks Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in a medical office environment preferred Knowledge of general office equipment and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Full understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
