Community Physician Network is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice on East Stop 11 Road on the south side of Indianapolis, IN

83; Shared call schedule
83; EPIC EMR
83; Full onsite lab services
83; Large group of specialists based nearby on south side and at Community Hospital South
Licensure & Certifications
83; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
83; Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
Desired Requirements
83; Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
83; Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
