Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring efficient scheduling and routing of technicians
Act as the main point of contact for field staff, customers, and internal teams
Monitor workloads and adjust schedules in real time to meet service demands
Lead and support dispatch team, providing guidance and improving processes
Track service metrics, response times, and completion rates
Handle escalations and resolve scheduling or service issues
Collaborate with operations and leadership to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
2+ years of dispatch, logistics, or service coordination experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in scheduling or dispatch software and Microsoft Excel
