About the Role
Pyramid Global Hospitality - 1131 SW Skamania Lodge Way - Responsibilities: Maintain daily sanitation log for both dish machine and manual pot washing sink.; Clean and sanitize all dish ware, pots, pans, and glass ware either by hand or by using the dish machine.; Ensure all chemicals are at sufficient levels in the dish machine.; Be energy conscious and turn off lights when not in use, keep water faucets turned off and report any leaks to supervisor or manager on duty.; You will be a key player in safety by paying close attention to specific high traffic areas to avoid accidents, slips, trips, and falls.
