EOS Hospitality - 354 Goose Rocks Road - Responsibilities: Complete opening task lists to prepare for daily operations; Wash, dry, and put away items throughout shift using a three-bay sink and a commercial dishwasher; Ensure kitchen is fully stocked with dry, sanitized plates, bowls, flatware, cups, etc.; Restock linens (hand towels, rags, aprons) and organize deliveries using FIFO and inspecting quality; Sweep and mop kitchen floors daily
