Director Of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client in Shepherdstown, WV. This outpatient position requires clinical leadership, patient care oversight, and operational management to deliver quality rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in West Virginia.
• Experience evaluating and treating orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, and sports-related conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Experience leading day-to-day clinic operations, including staff mentoring, scheduling assistance, and performance management.
• Experience with Raintree EMR or comparable electronic medical record systems.
• Ability to manage typical patient volumes of 10–12 patients per day and approximately 50–55 visits per week, with willingness to see additional patients for performance incentives.

Your Role

• Provide high quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, and sports-related conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals.
• Lead day-to-day clinic operations while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Mentor and support clinical staff through ongoing coaching, collaboration, and professional development.
• Assist with provider scheduling, patient experience initiatives, and clinic performance goals.
• Support business development and community outreach efforts to grow clinic relationships and referrals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation using Raintree EMR.
• Promote clinical excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency across the clinic.
