About the Role
Job title: Director of Operations Accounting
Location: On-Site – Near Coshocton, Ohio
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

Key Responsibilities (Director of Operations Accounting):
• Develop and oversee cost accounting frameworks, including standard costing methodologies and overhead allocations
• Conduct in-depth analysis of material, labor, and overhead costs, supported by detailed variance reporting
• Lead month-end close processes related to inventory, COGS, and fixed assets
• Work collaboratively with operations and manufacturing teams to strengthen cost transparency and improve efficiency
Qualifications (Director of Operations Accounting):
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in cost, operations, or manufacturing accounting
• Demonstrated leadership experience required
