About the Role
Acadia Healthcare - 157 County Road 1203 - Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or group instruction/assistance to patients on a daily basis.; Provide assistance with program activities.; Complete routine daily check of van (including tires, gas gauge, etc.) and report deficiencies to supervisor if driving is required.; Accurately monitor and maintain data collection sheets and submit to supervisor in a timely manner.; Assist with assessment of clients' strengths and needs as necessary.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Direct Care or healthcare setting may be required
- Valid driver's license or ability to drive (if driving is required)
