General Summary
  • The digital marketing coordinator will support Phelps Health's marketing team to improve and analyze engagement across multiple digital platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to manage and monitor digital marketing budgets and ad spend.
  • Support Google Ads efforts, including keyword research, ad copy creation, landing page optimization, account structure, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in maintaining website accuracy through content updates aligned with organizational and marketing priorities.
  • Conduct SEO audits, monitor search performance, and analyze KPIs using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize campaign performance, user experience, and engagement across digital and social channels.
  • Monitor digital, social media, and healthcare marketing trends, including competitor activity, to guide strategic recommendations.
  • Manage social media content calendars, posting schedules, community engagement, paid social campaigns, and short-form video creation.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly digital marketing performance reports.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or other related field of study required.
Work Experience
  • 2 years of experience in marketing required
  • Google AdWords and Analytics certifications preferred; willingness to obtain certifications within the first 30 days is acceptable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO optimization and digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Creative self-starter able to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
Certification/License
  • Google AdWords and Analytics certifications preferred. Ability and willingness to obtain certifications within first thirty days also is acceptable
Mental/Physical Requirements
  • Ability to concentrate, pay close attention to detail and perform duties under time restrictions, Considerable mental concentration on variable projects. Work involves extensive use of computer with frequent interruptions.
Working Conditions
  • Standard office conditions.
