The diagnostic radiologist will provide comprehensive general diagnostic radiology services with mammography and light interventional procedures during day shifts. The clinician will interpret 35 diagnostic studies daily, 3 mammography cases daily, and perform 5 interventional radiology procedures weekly including lumbar punctures, myelograms, thoracentesis, paracentesis, arthrograms, joint aspirations, and injections. The position utilizes Synapse PACS and Powescribe dictation systems to manage monthly totals of 253 CT, 90 MRI, 165 ultrasound, 90 mammography, 15 nuclear medicine, 525 X-ray, 5 to 10 fluoroscopy exams, and 20 IR cases. Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology is negotiable for this onsite position with no call requirements.
