- Provide onsite desktop and user support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripherals
- Set up workstations, phones, and user accounts
- Run network and camera cabling and support security systems
- Coordinate with IT vendors for printer and equipment support
- Travel occasionally to other company locations for project support
- Document IT processes and escalate issues when needed
- 2+ years of IT help desk or desktop support experience
- Hands-on experience with hardware, printers, and basic networking
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently
- Must be able to work onsite full-time in Portland, TN
