About the Role
Home Depot - - Responsibilities: Lead, train, coach and develop associates in each department to ensure customers receive excellent service and can easily find the merchandise; Provide input into operational and merchandising decisions to the Store Management Team and Operations Team; Demonstrate strong product and operational knowledge to support department goals; Assist in managing department workflow and tasks to optimize store performance; Support the front-end and merchandising execution across departments as needed
