About the Role
Home Depot - - Responsibilities: Lead, train, coach and develop associates in each department to ensure customers receive excellent service; Provide input into operational and merchandising decisions to Store Management and Operations Teams; Maintain strong product and operational knowledge across departments; Assist customers in locating merchandise and facilitating a smooth shopping experience; Support department objectives and store structure as assigned
