About the Role
McDonald's - 5500 Grossmont Center Drive - Responsibilities: Lead restaurant department operations and shift management to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience; Ensure crew and managers are trained in service procedures and organize Front Counter, McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service; Maintain quality and safety of food, control food cost, and train kitchen staff in production procedures; Hire qualified crew, train them, and schedule to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; Motivate and recognize staff, ensuring timely performance and effective teamwork
