About the Role
Weis Markets - 36731 Old Mill Road - Responsibilities: Promotes excellent customer relations by instilling positive customer focused behavior with associates; Manages department inventories by tracking weekly sales reports, orders products and supplies to meet customer demand; Schedules all Deli and Food Service associates, oversees and participates in training, rewards and recognizes performance; Develops and implements merchandising plans that meet the financial objectives of the department; Maintains food safety and freshness by properly removing and recording out of code products
