Data Scientist
We are looking for a data scientist with skills in NLP, SQL, Python, and automation. The position is remote and has a duration of 12 months. The AI/ML system will transcribe call logs of insurance professionals and make corrections or provide coaching. This data works on quality assurance of the calls, such as when a MSR says something out of compliance or off the word track, and is used for coaching. Building NLP solutions.
