As a Data Scientist at Booz Allen, you will use your leadership skills and data science expertise to create real‑world impact. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their requirements and explore the right tools that will help them succeed. You will help turn complex data sets into solutions for global challenges, visualizing data readiness statistics and advising decision‑makers with deep insights. YOU HAVE: 2+ years of experience with data exploration, aggregation, analysis, and visualization. 2+ years of experience with statistical and general‑purpose programming languages for data analysis. Experience in DoD networks, data platforms, and analytics environments. Ability to plan, develop, and organize regularly scheduled cadences with senior leadership to gather digital readiness requirements. Ability to prepare and brief findings to commanders or senior decision‑makers. Ability to provide feedback to senior leaders regarding digital readiness and system features. Bachelor’s degree. Secret clearance (required). Nice If You Have: Experience developing predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sources. Experience with Army and USARPAC data readiness and evaluation programs. Knowledge of supplemental data integration tools and procedures. Knowledge of data policies, operations processes, procedures, and guidelines. Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required. Compensation Salary will range from $99,000 to $225,000 (annualized USD) and will be based on location, experience, and organizational needs. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date. Work Model If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you’ll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility. If this position is listed as onsite, you’ll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.
