Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and train seasonal and full-time Data Specialists while ensuring adherence to data accuracy and security Design and implement scalable processes and a QA program to improve operational efficiency and quality Lead initiatives for automation and AI tool adoption to enhance speed and reduce manual tasks Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in operations, data operations, or process-driven roles Experience managing full-time and seasonal team members Hands-on experience in building or improving processes and SOPs Familiarity with AI tools and automation for operational workflows Strong analytical and metrics-oriented mindset
