Facility Security Officer

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Compliance & Government Security. Key Responsibilities Lead government security and compliance programs, including managing Facility Clearance and safeguarding Controlled Unclassified Information Own enterprise compliance programs, conducting readiness assessments and driving continuous monitoring for various regulatory frameworks Direct external audits and certification engagements while establishing compliance accountability across multiple organizational functions Required Qualifications Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance with enterprise program ownership At least three (3) years of direct people leadership experience Experience with U.S. Government compliance frameworks such as CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, and FedRAMP Experience in FSO and ITPSO functions within a cleared environment Proven track record leading SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS certification programs
