Data Engineer/architect
About the Role
A company is looking for a Data Engineer/Architect to support the design and delivery of a modern, scalable data foundation. Key Responsibilities Design and implement enterprise-grade data architectures, including data lakes, warehouses, and integration layers Build and maintain automated data pipelines for ingesting, validating, transforming, and storing data from multiple sources Develop scalable data models and schemas to support consistent metrics, reporting, and analytics Required Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline 5+ years of experience in data engineering and/or data architecture within complex environments Strong experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Working knowledge of data governance, data quality, and security best practices
