A company is looking for a Data Analyst III to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Provide analytics guidance and recommend solutions based on findings Develop and maintain scalable analytics solutions and deliver critical reporting Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and support a culture of operational excellence Required Qualifications BS Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred 3-4 years of experience in data analytics or related role Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives in regulated environments Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent required Strong experience with data visualization and ETL processes
