Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices. Responsibilities Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau Support data collection, cleansing, validation, and transformation processes Assist in building regression models and performing statistical analysis to support decision‑making Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data‑driven insights Prepare clear, concise, and executive‑ready reports and presentations Conduct financial and operational data analysis, including reconciliation and performance tracking Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure data accuracy across systems Contribute to database management and optimization efforts Leverage AI‑enabled tools to enhance productivity and analytical workflows Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Econometrics, Quantitative Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or academic projects included) in data analysis, consulting, or finance Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences Technical Skills Programming: Python, SQL (required); exposure to Java, R, or C++/C# is a plus Data Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Excel Tools: Microsoft Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Visio Platforms: Exposure to AWS environments and database systems Familiarity with HTML/CSS and workflow tools like Asana is a plus Experience or interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot Soft Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to create compelling, executive‑level presentations Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to work under pressure Collaborative mindset with experience working across departments Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Internship or academic experience in finance, consulting, research, or analytics Exposure to regression modeling, statistical analysis, or econometrics Experience supporting cross‑functional projects and collaborating with stakeholders The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
