A company is looking for a Data Analyst 3 in Talent & People Analytics (Remote). Key Responsibilities Analyze employee data and develop dashboards to support strategic initiatives Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights and recommendations based on complex data Manage projects and communicate updates effectively to ensure alignment with business needs Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in data analysis and making recommendations based on complex datasets 3+ years of experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation Experience with Workday reporting, Looker, and people analytics data Proficient in at least one programming language (R or Python preferred) Bachelor's degree in data analytics or a related field preferred
