About the Role
Sprouts Farmers Market - - Responsibilities: Manage activities and functions of the Dairy Department to achieve and maximize sales and profits; Provide direction to clerks in the department and oversee presentation and sanitation standards; Control inventory to recommended stock levels and maximize sales while minimizing stock loss; Recruit, hire and make promotion/transfer decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager; Lead a team to deliver the finest quality of product and highest level of service
