About the Role
The Kroger Company - - Responsibilities: Direct and supervise all day-to-day functions for the Front-end department; Manage the scheduling of Front-end associates to provide adequate department coverage; Develop and implement a department business plan to achieve desired results; Create and execute sales promotions in partnership with store management; Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines and reinforce safety programs
