About the Role
[Customer Service / Remote] - Residents of TN / Independent Contractor / Full or Part Time / Available at least 20 hours per week / Set your own schedule within hours of operation (Mon-Fri 8am to 7pm ET) / $12 per hour - As a Customer Service Rep you'll: Be the first point of contact for patients needing home healthcare services; Receive and respond to incoming calls from providers-referral sources-and-potential patients; Review patient history as necessary; Answer questions; Verify patient membership; Collect and enter clinical and demographic information into the client's patient portal; Help set appointments; Provide technical support as necessary...Hiring Fast >>
