About the Role
Ollie's Bargain Outlet - - Responsibilities: Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's 'Yes I Care, Yes I Can' approach to build long term customer loyalty; Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register, approve refunds for other associates, and assist with training new Associates; Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales; Support Ollies Army and other donation programs year-round; Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store
