Raising Cane's - 6800 Bishop Road - Responsibilities: Assist Level I Representatives with escalations and overflow volume; Respond to social media and online reviews to recover customers and protect brand; Coordinate with Restaurant Support Office teams on higher level tasks (refunds, escalations); Conduct routine quality assurance reviews to identify coaching opportunities and improve training; Maintain effective task management and clear communication with internal partners
