About the Role
A company is looking for a Customer Project Manager. Key Responsibilities Provide technical guidance to sales teams and customers during product selection and implementation Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to product performance Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to internal teams and customers Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience 0-2 years of relevant work experience Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary Experience in maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical solutions Familiarity with developing training materials and resources
