About the Role
Five Below - 385 Southbridge Street - Responsibilities: Ensure all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and train the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience.; Lead their assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager.; Lead front end operations and merchandising to meet or exceed brand standards, ensuring front-end equipment is in working order and staff are trained.; Perform opening and closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness, and keep the store ready for customers at all times.; Perform store manager duties in their absence.
