Customer Experience Manager

Five Below - 261 Mercer Mall Blvd - Responsibilities: Ensure all crew members are wowed by delivering excellent customer service and train crew on the BEST customer service experience.; Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals set by the District Manager.; Oversee front end operations and merchandising to meet or exceed brand standards; ensure front-end equipment is functional and staff trained.; Manage opening and closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness, and keep the store ready for customers.; Perform store manager duties in the manager's absence and recruit/train/develop crew members.
