TJX - 1216 Woodward Avenue - Responsibilities: Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee front-of-store team; Lead by example and provide prompt, courteous customer service; Train and coach Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs; Assign registers, coordinate POS coverage, and manage breaks for Associates; Address customer concerns promptly and ensure adherence to store policies and labor laws
